Fr Paul Brandon


Fr Paul trained for the priesthood at Oscott College in the Midlands. He was ordained to the priesthood at St Bonaventure’s Father Paul Brandon, Scared Hearts ChurchChurch in Bristol on 13 June 1992. He was then appointed assistant priest at the Immaculate Conception Parish, Stroud. In 1996 Bishop Mervyn Alexander invited Fr Paul to become parish priest at St George’s, Warminster. In 2000 he moved to St Augustine’s, Matson, and in 2003 to Christ the King Parish, Amesbury.

In 2008 Fr Paul became parish priest at Sacred Hearts, Charlton Kings. In addition to the usual parish pastoral work Fr Paul has been a hospital chaplain, a school governor, an Officiating Chaplain to the Forces and the Diocesan Director for the Missions. Fr Paul has also been the secretary to the Council of Priests and is the coordinator of the priests’ walking group.
